- Immune system has two branches – innate & adaptive. White blood cells seek out & de-activate pathogens. The thymus, spleen & lymph are part of the immune system.
- Having a cold or flu is a natural and healthy process to remove the harmful substances
in our body. We don’t want to suppress the symptoms - Stress, environmental toxins, flying, EM Radiation, junk foods particularly high sugar, poor air quality destroys our immune system.
- Scientists are now believing a virus it is not a ‘contagious’ live entity – but a byproduct of break down of unhealthy cells and bacteria
- A study showed that whenever there were new forms of EMF introduced globally, there would be an ‘outbreak’ of a ‘new virus’

- The best approach to not getting sick, flus or colds is to build your immunity. Prevention always better than treating.
- Lifestyle habits to improve immunity are – exercise or regular movement, fresh air, stress busters like daily meditation, good sleep, laughter, fun, avoiding excess responsibilities, vital diet especially low in sugar, clean water, getting lots of sunlight.
Of all of these, good sleep and sunlight are top. - Midday sun (UV B rays) activates Vitamin D. Vit D as a supplement does not work sufficiently.
- Avoid harmful elements environment such as pesticides, herbicides, cosmetics, detergents & plastics.
- Minimising radiation is key is preserving our immunity.
- Flying is a major source of radiation, so take as least possible flights as possible. After flight, ground yourself. Swim in the ocean or have an epsom salts bath to neutralise some of the effects.
- Botanicals which are known to improve you immunity are – Super mushrooms, Chaga, “The King of Mushroom”, Shitake, Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Turkey Tail, Maitake, tremella, Cordyceps. Chaga mushroom has beta-glucans, polyphenols, polysaccharides & antioxidant properties that all support your immune system.
- Chinese herb Astragalus, Bee Pollen, Aloe Vera, Spirulina, Chlorella & olive leaf help the immune system.

- If you get a cold or flu, get in early. Get rest, drink water, fresh air, eat light broths, avoid sugar. Gargle or diffuse clove, rosemary, cinnamon, lemon, or eucalyptus oils essential oils.
- If no mercury fillings, gargle with half tsp DMSO in salt water three times daily.
